Brought my vehicle in for radiator flush and alternator replacement. Less than a week later carcoverheats and stopped for good. Mobile mechanic advised that firestone didn't bleed cooling system correctly. And confirmed that with location manager who then hung up on him after mobile mechanic advised that now engine is toast. "Investigation " requested to confirm liability. Of course firestone Investigation determines its not firestones fault. Im out of s vehicle engine completely seezed.

Anytime I have problems relating to my tires, this is the place I go. And it is never a wrong decision. The staff Monica is so accommodating and she explained to me what needed to be done to my tire, explained all options I can pick from and helped me make a smart decision about my car. Amazing service. Chandler was especially helpful too and showing me what needed to be done and serviced. They did great! Will come back here in the future if I need more things done!

7/6/26- I found a nail about an 1/2" in my tire at Sams club. Called this Tires Plus to see if I could get a repair. Was put on hold right away. Decided to drive there and walk in as I was never taken off hold. Once 2 customers before me were done talking to the lady at the front desk, I asked if there was anyway to get an emergency tire repair (I'm from Wisconsin.) I knew where the hole was. In the middle of the tire not close to the sidewall. She didn't even give me an option to get any repair. She actually called Firestone to see if they could repair my tire(which was an hour wait). My tire is literally flat and I wouldn't make it driving to Firestore from Tires Plus. I mean, it was helpful that she was trying to get me services as I needed it ASAP but why would you push a customer to a competitor for work. Especially a simple tire repair. I would have repaired the tire myself if I was back in WI at home but of course, being in a different state, I had no tools. Makes me wonder how much $$ the owner loses out on due to employees potential work to Firestone.

I’ve never had an experience at a body shop like I’ve had at tire plus in Lakeland across from kanes furniture .. the manager Dave & Mechanic Ian were welcoming when i walked in… i went in due to having headlight issues & Ian was able to diagnose & figure out what was going on & even fixed a different issue… all in a timeline manner.. some shops will try to get over on you if they don’t think you understand what’s going on but they didn’t… they explained it to me in a way that I could understand & made suggestions on what to do next (for my betterment)…i would recommend them to anyone
